$OE Claims 8 Million Free Realms Accounts

The spin continues. Any informed gamer know that $OE counts every $OE game account as a Free Realms 'member'. The game does not have many active players, and from what I have read from those that have played, the game is more like 'Ghost Realms'.

Massively is plugging Free Realm's Game Developers Choice Award for best new social/online game. I would hate to think how pathetic the other games in that category were.

eh. i've got an account in free realms from the time i wrote the review... haven't gone anywhere near it since.

its not difficult to reach that amount of accunts for a free game which is really easy to register and play - the point is to keep those accounts active.

What I find funny is that only massively seems to care what the fuck that game does anymore.

Obviously the players don't. Soe added 5 servers to help meet the demand before they reached 1 million. Somehow adding 7 million more accounts hasn't taxed the servers in any way.

Like I said, soe might as well claim 500 million for all those press releases are worth. They obviously cannot retain players.
